Artist Statement
As a glassblower and interdisciplinary artist, I design and make handmade objects that bring together glass, wood, and found materials. I am interested in how deliberate design and material combination can give objects meaning and presence.
Motivated by material curiosity, I work across contrasting processes and disciplines, combining traditional glassblowing with digital fabrication and assemblage to inform texture, pattern, colour, and structure.
Balancing careful consideration with more intuitive making, I use materials as a language to explore how form, process, and combination shape the way objects are experienced.
