Bubbleware: Lil Sipper

Bubbleware is a limited edition line of glassware inspired by air rising through the surface of water.  Hundreds of mini bubbles suspended in the glass sparkle and refract the light.

The Lil Sipper is a small cup, perfect for sipping drinks like sparkling water, Prosecco and cider (though you don’t have to just limit yourself to bubbly drinks)!  The hourglass shape fits beautifully in the hand and provides a balanced place to grip.  The tiny bubbles create a lovely textural feeling in the glass.

As all glassware goes, no two are alike and this is especially true of the limited edition Bubbleware line. The bubbles are created with a special melting process in my glass furnace, resulting in glassware that captures the fleeting effervescence of air trapped in liquid.  The Lil Sippers are intentionally made on the thicker side to give structure to the bubbly glass.
